The fast food chain is promising either replacement food or your money back with this interesting initiative.
KFC will give you replacement food or your money back - no questions asked, if you don't like the food it sells.
This is due to the Taste Guarantee, an initiative that applies to both food and drinks.
According to a KFC statement, the company is extremely confident that people love their products that they're willing to help out anyone who would disagree.
"We are so confident that our products will meet the expected standard and are of good quality that we are willing to replace or refund your purchase, no questions asked, if you are not entirely satisfied with it," the statement reads.
