Keri has been doing beginner yoga classes from her garage at home to keep you healthy and occupied during the lockdown.
If you're not sure what to do while stuck at home, Keri has created a series of beginner yoga classes to help you get through your day.
She started the online classes last week when the 21-day lockdown was announced.
