"Guys, I was trying to do the right thing, you know..." - Sky.
On Friday morning (1 September), the entire country celebrated Spring Day.
Some with flowers, others with a change of clothes to honour the new season. The East Coast Breakfast team, they did it with donuts and coffee.
VOTE: Are these the best flowers in South Africa?
Flowers on Chartwell decided to send Carmen Reddy and the rest of the team a massive bouquet of flowers in celebration of Spring.
However, that all turned into despair and perhaps a little bit of mischief as a certain Sky Tshabalala was caught in the act.
The great injustice took place that very morning, which Carmen brought forward as serious allegations against Sky.
Have listen to what the allegations made against Sky Tshabalala were:
So, Darren and Carmen asked the listeners who the victim in this travesty was...
Sky who is being hung out to dry on a public platform? Those whose Proteas were expropriated against their will? Or is it Sky’s girlfriend who unknowingly received second hand flowers?

Many voice notes and calls came through in support of Sky. One of them, Santanna from the Midlands, actually backed Sky for the effort he has shown to his partner.
"Sky did something that most men even now till this day fail to do, that is to spoil their partner no matter what the cost," says Santanna.
There were more callers who had their own opinions on the matter like Gerda from Chatsworth, who thought Sky should be ashamed of himself for taking other people's flowers.
One caller couldn't wait to give her two cents on the matter. Her name is Nomthandazo from Wyebank and boy did she have something to say to Sky.
