Six-year-old Ayaan starts his day off with tea and a book
Updated | By East Coast Radio
A true inspiration as to how we should all start our mornings...
Mornings can be manic for many parents, which is why experts say that routine helps.
Getting kids into a routine is vital before they go off to school.
One six-year-old has everyone talking as his mom shared what he does after eating his cereal every morning.
As mom was making lunch, she looked over and saw her son, Ayaan, calmly sitting reading his book and drinking his tea.

@alissa_360style I was packing lunches for Ayaan & Alaïa and I look over at Ayaan just casually drinking his lemon & honey tea, and reading a new book. At first I laughed. Because…who does he think he is?😂😂😂. But then I realized that I’m glad he had this moment of calm and focus for himself before he starts his day at school. I Hope your day is off to a great start. In case you needed reminding, it's not the first time that young Ayaan has caught the internet's attention.
Back when he was just three, a video that his mother shared went viral. In the video, he is saying his affirmations, "I am smart, I am blessed, I can do anything."

He went viral for a video his mom (@alissa_360style) posted of his morning routine, which includes waking up an hour before his siblings to drink some lemon and honey tea and read a book. “Ayaan likes his alone time, and he also enjoys a calm and relaxing morning. He does not like to be rushed,” Holder tells TODAY.com. ❤️ #todayshow #hodakotb ♬ original sound - TODAY Show
