The actor has shared how he starts his morning in a recent interview – and the world can’t stop talking about how crazy it is!

Orlando Bloom

Oh, the lifestyles of the rich and the famous!

Orlando Bloom is an A-List actor who has appeared in a number of box office hits like ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’. He has made millions of dollars over the years so, naturally, he lives life a little bit differently to the rest of us. But, when he shared his morning routine, many couldn’t believe just how crazy it is!

In an interview with The Times, the actor explains that he likes to “earn his breakfast” by going on a hike beforehand, on which he listens to “some Nirvana or Stone Temple Pilots”.

Before the hike, however, Orlando explains that enjoys some “green powders” that he mixes with “brain octane oil, a collagen powder for [his] hair and nails, and some protein”.

The actor explains that his day is “all quite LA”, although he does give a nod to his English roots when it’s time for breakfast at 9am. In the interview, the ‘Romeo and Juliet’ actor explains that he is “90% plant-based” and that he “sometimes look[s] at a cow and think[s], that’s the most beautiful thing ever”. So, for his plant-based breakfast, he opts for “porridge, a little hazelnut milk, cinnamon, vanilla paste, hazelnuts, goji berries [and] a vegan protein powder”.

When it comes to getting dressed, the actor puts in a lot of effort explaining that there are “no tracksuit bottoms” in sight. Once he is dressed, the actor explains that he spends the day “dreaming about roles for [himself] and others – for minorities and women”.
