Meet Humaid, the Emirati who loves supercars and animals
He's even built a private zoo next to his home so the animals feel comfortable.

What would you think at first glance after watching the above video?
Meet Humaid Abdulla Albuqaish, an Emirati from Sharjah who has a special place in his life for wild cats and other wild animals.
His supercar collection also features in his life, but it seems many have had a lot to say about the way he treats his wild cats as pets, so the focus is not so much on the cars.
He has come in the firing line for ill-treating the wild cats, his lions and tigers, with many accusing him of removing their teeth and even drugging them.
There is this assumption that he keeps the animals as pets, but in September 2021, a video interview by DubaiLAD was conducted with Humaid to answer the concerns of the public.

It was interesting to note that he was given land from the Sheikh of Sharjah to develop into a private zoo.
