These are just things that she does each new year. If you are feeling a bit out of place right now, lacking motivation, then you can use her traditions as an idea on how to move into the new year.
Up at number one she shared that the first thing she does is maps out her year. She said that this is basically her sitting down and setting out her ambitions (what she wants to accomplish) for the year ahead. This is important because it allows you to set objectives and actions for achieving your goals.
Then she spoke about eating healthier and incorporating this into her lifestyle. Of course this is an important part of our mental and physical well-being. It also helps you with achieving your life goals, because eating well and exercising releases hormones that help you feel good.
Therefore helping you feel more inspired to achieve your ambitions for the year. And the third one, which she holds quite close to her heart, is prayer.
She says that she always tries to engage in more prayer. It is definitely something that allows us to appreciate all that we have in life.
These are just three things that Carol Ofori tries to do each new year, what do you do that helps you focus better and inspire a great year? Let us know by commenting below.
