WATCH: CCTV catches Durban shoplifters in the act

Police are on the lookout for a couple that has allegedly been going around filling stations in Durban and shoplifting.

The theft has been caught on camera.
Some of the CCTV footage shows a man and a woman standing in an aisle.
The man keeps watch while his female accomplice cleans out the shelves, putting them into her clothes before they both quickly slip out the shop unnoticed.

"It is alleged by the complainant that on 10 July at 16:50 pm in the afternoon he noticed that a section of shelves was empty and he went to view the CCTV footage and saw a male and a female stealing goods from the shelve. A case of theft was opened for investigation at Wentworth SAPS," says the police's Nqobile Gwala.
