Tongaat crash claims two lives
Two women have been killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Tongaat, north of Durban.
It is understood at this stage that the victims were travelling in the same direction when their vehicles collided with a heavy truck on the R614.
Reaction Unit South Africa's Prem Balram says they found one car crushed under the truck, while the other was found on its side.
"When paramedics got to the scene, they found two females deceased.

"One had been ejected from the vehicle and the second was entrapped in the wreckage.
“A third person was found in the vicinity and had sustained serious inquiries."
