Troye Sivan calls out Eminem for using homophobic slur

“I don’t think
there’s ever really a reason,” says Troye Sivan about Eminem's use of the word
"f***t" in one of his latest songs.
Troye Trivan says there is no excuse for Eminem using a homophobic slur in a song on his new album, 'Kamikaze'.
The rapper came under fire for calling Tyler, The Creator a "f****t" on his track, 'Fall', shortly after his album dropped earlier this month.
"Tyler create nothin’ / I see why you called yourself a f—-t, b****h," Eminem raps on the song.
Eminem has since apologised for using the word, saying he wanted to hurt Tyler but ended up hurting a lot of people with his words.

Speaking to Variety, Troye, who came out in 2013, says he doesn't think there is ever a reason to use the slur.
The South African-born singer and actor added that he believes people like Eminem can "grow and change", but only if they genuinely want to.
“I think that repeated behavior is something that should be taken really seriously…I would love to believe that if the person showed enough genuine remorse and understanding of how they’ve hurt people and actively made strides to correct that — I would like to believe I can be fine with that person," he told the publication.
