Thando Thabethe makes an appearance in Marie Claire's "Naked Issue".

TV and radio personality Thando Thabethe features in Marie Claire's latest "Naked Issue".
The issue sees the magazine teaming up with 19 local celebrities to raise awareness for 19 causes in South Africa.
Thando is posing nude for People Against Women Abuse.
"I’m an activist, feminist and huge supporter of women’s rights. The Naked Issue campaign has allowed me to celebrate my body, and I wish for all women to be able to do the same," she told the publication.
While the 27-year-old looks amazing in the shoot, which was shot by Cape Town photographer Niquito Bento, she admits that she was a bit shy at first.
"Initially, when I dropped the towel, it’s like, “OMG, what is happening?” But once the ball was rolling, I surprisingly had the time of my life," she told Marie Claire.
Thando is not the only celebrity stripping naked for charity.
Actress Nomzamo Mbatha is the magazine's featured cover star.
"The fight for HIV/AIDS and changing the devastating narrative of Child-headed homes, is a constant pursuit. I support BAPHUMELELE CHILDRENS HOME and Child-Head Homes Program," she wrote on Instagram.
