Sophie Ndaba's son praises her for "never giving up"

The media personality's son says he is looking forward to the day when he can give her a "mom allowance" and take care of her for the rest of her life.
South African actress Sophie Ndaba has had a difficult few years.
She was the victim of a horrible death hoax and made fun of because of her drastic weight loss due to diabetes. Sophie also went through a divorce and had to deal with constant rumours about her financial affairs.
Despite the challenges, Sophie kept her head held high, and no one is prouder than her son Lwandle 'Ocean L' Ndaba.
He praised the former 'Generations' star in a sweet message shared on Instagram.
"This is the woman that God decided to choose to be my mother, such a strong force man. As I type this my mom launched @shesawonder_africa where woman empowerment is at its finest. She will show you the greatness that happened yesterday and how many woman’s hearts she touched this women’s month," Lwandle wrote.
Sophie held her first-ever 'She's A Wonder' (SAW) event in May. She created the platform to celebrate women and provide a safe space to "breathe a new breath of hope, inspiration, and love".
"Our confidence our self-esteem our finances our self love our motherhood! We're claiming it back!" Sophie said at the time.
