She said 'yes'! Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters engaged to Tim Tebow
Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters has announced that she is engaged to former NFL player Tim Tebow.
Former Miss South Africa Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters is set to wed her American boyfriend Tim Tebow.
The couple announced their engagement on Thursday, one day after Tim proposed on his family's farm in Jacksonville, Florida.
According to People magazine, Tim Tebow popped the question with a 7.25-carat diamond ring.
"This ring is internally flawless. Just like you," the publication quoted him as saying during the proposal.

Demi-Leigh and Tim started dating in early 2018. The 23-year-old beauty queen was based in New York during her Miss Universe reign but managed to squeeze in some time with Tim and his family in Florida.
Tim spent Christmas with Demi's family in Cape Town.
"Any dreams I’ve ever had, you’ve exceeded them all! I love you and I can’t wait to spend forever with you! "Demi captioned a picture from the moment he got down on one knee.
Tim called her the love of his life.
"Thank you for saying YES and making me the happiest man in the world. You’re the love of my life, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you," he wrote on Instagram.
