SA band signs with US record label

Live electronic group GoodLuck are going international!
South African trio GoodLuck just announced some big news.
Taking to Instagram, the group revealed that they have signed an international record deal.
"Here is our big news... We are super excited to announce that we have just signed our first global record deal here in the USA with Ultra Music and Sony Germany!!" they captioned a picture from Ultra HQ.
They will be joining the likes of Calvin Harris, Deadmau5, and Steve Aoki!
The good news does not end there. The live electronic band is set to release their popular track "I've Been Thinking About You" globally this week.
"Our first single 'Ive Been Thinking About You' will drop worldwide this Friday 31 March."
The song has already made it to number one in South Africa, and is sure to be a huge hit on the international music scene.
The record deal is a huge achievement for the band, and we are only expecting good things from them.
"We have been working towards this our whole lives and have never been so excited! Thank you for being a part of our journey, we cant wait to explore this next chapter with you guys!" they added on Instagram.
Ultra Music is glad to have them on board.
"GoodLuck are something of a phenomenon in South Africa, having clocked up 8 chart Number 1’s in the past four years and amassed over 4 million Spotify plays of their ground-breaking, multi-instrumental sounds. I’ve Been Thinking About You combines sublime vocals with subtle, progressive drums and piano chords – playing with offbeat rhythms and electronic samples as it gathers intensity," the label said in a statement.
