TV and radio personality Minnie Dlamini feels like the "happiest woman alive" after celebrating one of the traditional stages of her wedding.

The 27-year-old hosted her fiance's family in Durban North for her umembeso, a gift exchanging ceremony.

The ceremony is one of several stages of a traditional wedding, and Minnie was officially welcomed by her fiance's family.

She took to instagram to let her fans know that they can call her Mrs Jones.

Some of Minnie's celebrity friends also attended the festivities, including Basetsana Kumalo, Unathi Msengana, Jessica Nkosi, Nandi Madida, Zakes Bantwini, and Anele Mdoda.

“I’m honestly the happiest human alive right now. Being around so much love is humbling,” Minnie wrote on Twitter.

Minnie is counting down the days to her white wedding in September, which will reportedly be broadcast on one of MultiChoice's DStv channels

Minnie and several of her guests shared Instagram live videos from the ceremony, which showed everyone dancing the night away.

Here's a look some of the pictures from Minnie's umembeso.
