It's been seven months since Lisa Marie Presley died.
In the latest development surrounding her death, it has been reported that the singer died from weight loss surgery complications.
The autopsy and toxicology reports reportedly revealed that the star's past weight loss surgery played a role in her death.
According to Daily Mail, Lisa suffered cardiac arrest at her Calabasas home and died at a hospital in Los Angeles, however, this was a result of a weight loss surgery gone wrong.

The complications led to an obstruction of her bowel.
Daily Mail reports that the 'bowel obstruction was in the form of strangulated small bowel, caused by adhesions that developed after bariatric surgery.'
It also reports that Lisa 'had therapeutic levels of Oxycodone in her blood, with a second opioid Buprenorphine - which is used to treat opioid dependence'.
E! News reports that Lisa had complained about abdominal pains months before her death.

Lisa was the only child of Elvis Presley and actress Priscilla Presley.
She was born on 1 February 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. She died on 12 January 2023. She died at the age of 54.
The singer–songwriter had three studio albums which she released between 2003 and 2012.
Some of the biggest hits she released are, 'You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet' and 'Lights Out'.
