Baby2Baby honoured Kim for her dedication to helping children living in poverty.
Some of the biggest female stars in the entertainment industry came out to celebrate Kim Kardashian at the 2022 Baby2Baby Gala.
The beauty mogul received the organisation's Giving Tree Award at the gala, which was held in West Hollywood at the weekend.
According to the organisation's website: "The Baby2Baby Gala single-handedly raises millions of dollars each year to make Baby2Baby’s work for children living in poverty possible. It is how we will continue responding to the devastating need from COVID, the baby formula shortage crisis, natural disasters, and record-breaking inflation."
The Giving Tree Award honours women who are committed to helping children in need. Baby2Baby says Kim, who is the mother of four children - North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm - has been dedicated to the cause for years.
"We are so grateful for her decade-long support spotlighting our mission to provide children living in poverty with the basic essentials they need and deserve. Donate to our gala fundraiser on our profile page!" Baby2Baby captioned a picture from the event.
The organisation praised Kim for stepping up "during the height of the pandemic" to make "substantial financial contributions and donated millions of dollars worth of clothing and hygiene items to families in their biggest time of need."

Kim, who wore a baby pink dress from Balenciaga on the night, delivered a heartfelt acceptance speech.
"As many of you know, advocating for justice is a deep passion of mine. Justice, for me, has so many meanings but what it ultimately comes down to is what is fair, what is right and what leads our world better - especially for our children... You don’t have to break the internet or have millions of followers to make a difference. Everyone in this room has the power," the 42-year-old said.
The SKIMS founder's mother, Kris Jenner, and her sister, Kylie Jenner, were in the audience to support her.
