Kelly Khumalo unimpressed with Mampintsha jokes
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
Babe of death! Cyberbullies say Kelly Khumalo should date Mampintsha so he can become a victim of the Kelly curse.
Kelly Khumalo has slammed Twitter users who have made disgusting jokes about her following a viral video that shows Babes Wodumo being abused - allegedly by her boyfriend Mampintsha.
The singer has been trending since Monday after some Twitter users thought it would be funny to make jokes about “babes wokufa", which means 'babes of death'.
Haters gave Kelly the title because her past lovers have either died (Senso Meyiwa) or gone to jail (Jub Jub). Some call it the "Kelly curse".

The same haters urged Kelly's ex-boyfriend, Chad da Don, to get funeral cover just in case.
While South Africans called for Mampintsha to face the full might of the law, some thought he should rather face the "Kelly Curse".
"Can Mampintsha date Kelly Khumalo I wanna see something," one Twitter user wrote.

Kelly was not impressed. The very people who were supporting Babes were abusing her.
"I wonder what separates you cyberbullies from Mampintsha?" she tweeted.

Many people came to Kelly's defence.
"Instead of South African men coming together and fighting the abuse of women they are coming together and bullying Kelly Khumalo. Any man that bully’s Kelly Khumalo is in the same WhatsApp group with Mampintsha," one woman wrote on Twitter.

Maybe if people started making jokes about you and how your loved ones died then it will be a lot less funny. If people started tweeting and targeting you you would not even survive the bullying as much as she has.Stop emotionally bullying Kelly Khumalo she doesn't deserve it.
