Jennifer Aniston embraces her grey hair
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
The actress is known for her signature blonde locks but she is welcoming the changes that come with growing older.
Jennifer Aniston's fans are praising her for embracing her grey hair in an industry obsessed with youth.
The actress has inspired many hairstyles since she burst onto our screens as Rachel Green in the hit 90s sitcom, 'Friends'.
There was the famous bob haircut that her character wore. Then there was the lob (long bob) and her classic beach waves.
Even her hair colour was copied by women all over the world.

And now, at the age of 54, Jennifer is ditching her hair colour products in favour of a more natural look.
She took to Instagram to show off a new leave-in product her haircare line, LolaVie, is launching.
Her 42-million Instagram followers noticed that she had visible grey hair, which they found "refreshing" for someone working in Hollywood.
"Well done for allowing grey to come through - refreshing," one follower wrote.
Another added: "You do honor to women everywhere showing how beautiful aging truly is. [You are] a remarkable lady."

According to Scientific American, women start greying in their mid-30s, but it can be as early as the late 20s for some.
Most women cover up their grey hair with colour treatments. While it is just a personal preference for some, others do so because of the stigma attached with getting old.
Even Jennifer received some negative comments on her Instagram post.
"Grey hair doesn't suit you yet. Save it for later plz," one man told her.
Another Instagram user said: "Oh no she have grey hair but still pretty."

MORE ON EAST COAST RADIO:
Jennifer is not the only celebrity embracing the ageing process. Actress Tia Mowry also proudly shows off her grey hair.
The 44-year-old revealed in an interview with InStyle that she developed a negative relationship with her hair.
"Growing up, there were just no visuals or representation of someone who looked like me — Black girl with curly hair. All I saw being showcased was blonde, straight hair, blue eyes, white skin. And there was little to no visibility for women of a certain age," she said in the 2022 interview.
I would say I started to notice my first grays toward the end of my 20s or in my early 30s. But that was when I would see maybe two or three gray hairs. My gray hair really started to come in heavy when I turned 40.- Tia Mowry (InStyle magazine: 31/8/2022)
Tia wasn't afraid of the ageing process, and sees her grey hair as a blessing.
"There are so many people on a daily basis that are not making it to the age where their hair starts to gray. And so when I see my gray hair, it actually is a blessing because it means that, yes, I'm getting older and I'm still here. I don't take that lightly — I really, really don't."

Model turned businesswoman Chrissy Teigen is also not ashamed of going grey.
"I have a skunk-like streak of grey hair and I’m actually very into it. My cruella dreams are coming true!" she tweeted in 2018.
More than 600 people commented on the most - many sharing their own grey hair stories.
"I find new grey hairs on my head every day and I LOVE THEM. I’m only 24, so I’m not sure why they’re already here but I call them my unicorn hairs," one follower replied.
At one point in 2021, Chrissy dyed her entire head of hair grey! The 37-year-old also encourages her fans to be body confident and embrace self-love.
"I really think you guys are too conditioned to seeing perfect photos all day because so many of my comments on any given photo are, 'Why would she post this' or 'I love you girl but this is not flattering', to which I say, who cares?" she wrote on Instagram.
