Ice-T's wife defends clip of daughter (7) 'twerking'

Pram gate, bathing in the kitchen sink gate, and now twerking in Christmas pyjamas gate!
Ice-T and his wife Coco Austin have come under fire for a video that was shared on social media that shows their seven-year-old daughter, Chanel, 'twerking'.
Coco shared the clip on her Instagram page. Chanel can be seen 'twerking' while Coco cheers her on. "Gotta love family time! The adults in our family were doing a TikTok and Chanel runs out in the middle to bust a move to make us laugh. She loves to joke," the 43-year-old media personality wrote.
Some of her followers thought the video simply showed a child having fun, while others pointed out that she was not twerking but doing the 'Tina Dance' from the adult animated sitcom, 'Bob's Burgers'. Coco also included Tina and Bob's Burgers hashtags in her caption.
But many people felt the moves were too suggestive for a seven-year-old.
"I don’t find this ok, especially on social media. There’s so many sick minds out here, this child’s safety and privacy should be kept better. But, to each their own," one woman commented.
Another woman added: "SMH just whyyyy. This is not okay!"
Coco defended her daughter, saying that she was only "making fun of a character from Bob's Burgers". Ice-T took his Instagram page to defend his family.
"Everyone is going to hate you anyway ... so you might as well give them a reason," the post read.
The 64-year-old captioned the post: 'Christmas is over... My advice is you go into 2023 with THIS attitude if you want to WIN.'

It's not the first time the rapper and actor has had to defend his wife on social media. Coco came under fire in September after sharing a video of her daughter taking a bath in the kitchen sink.
"The sink is the easiest when you have to be fast," she explained. Ice T, whose real name is Tracy Lauren Marrow, told Page Six after the backlash that he does not care about other people’s opinions
"I think with social media, if you put it out there you have to expect comments. So it will be positive or it will be negative. So the only way not to have them comment about your child is don’t post... The key is you cannot give a f**k about other people’s opinions, or you will never get anywhere in life," the 'Law & Order' star said.
Several months earlier, the couple was slammed for pushing their then six-year-old daughter in a pram during a shopping trip.

But Coco is unfazed by all the hate and many of her followers praised her for being an awesome mom.
"I normally wouldn’t agree with a little girl twerking but Cocoa can do no wrong in my eyes. I love me some Cocoa. Your daughter is a doll and I know in my heart it wasn’t made to look like she was twerking just simply dancing & busting a move. Nothing malicious about this. You are a great mom! Chanel made me chuckle shes so funny her laugh is contagious,I love it," one of her followers commented.
