South Africa's golden girl Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters is finally coming home.
Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will soon be touching down on South African soil for the first time in over a month.
The 22-year-old, who is based in New York City for the duration of reign, will be in SA next week (January 24) for her homecoming tour.
Demi-Leigh was crowned Miss Universe 2017 in Las Vegas last month.
Since then she has moved into a fancy NYC apartment, embarked on a press tour in the Big Apple, visited the Philippines, and attended the 2018 Golden Globes.

And the Western Cape beauty will finally be returning to where it all started.
Her homecoming tour will include stops in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Sedgefield - which is her hometown.
Demi-Leigh also plans to hold her Unbreakable workshops in the cities.
She says she is excited to be returning home for the first time since her win.
"I can’t begin to express my gratitude and how proud I am to represent our country as Miss Universe... I am very excited to celebrate this achievement with my people in the spirit of Mzansi,” she said in a press release.
