Chris Evans reacts to Lizzo sliding into his DMs

Lizzo just took a DNA test and it turns out she is 100% that girl who messages her celebrity crush when she is drunk.

But unlike most people, Lizzo actually got a reply!

The 'Truth Hurts' singer took to TikTok to reveal that she sent 'Avengers: Endgame' actor, Chris Evans, a direct message (DM). 

"Don’t drink and DM, kids.... for legal porpoises this is a joke," she captioned a video showing the message she allegedly sent the star.

The message included a gust-of-wind emoji, a woman playing basketball emoji and a basketball emoji - which in emoji talk means she was trying to "shoot her shot". 

Translation: I like you. 

"The reason I'm upset about this one is because I know I'm not gonna be able to marry him. And honestly, it hurts me to the core. Because damn papa, he a rare breed, no comparing," Lizzo lip-synced to Tatayanna Mitchell's viral TikTok audio.

Lizzo returned to TikTok to let her followers know that Captain America himself responded to her.

"No shame in a drunk DM. God knows I've done worse on this app lol," Chris wrote. 

The "worse" Chris could be referring to is the time he accidentally shared a nude picture on Instagram in 2019. 

It's not the first time Lizzo has made it clear that she has a thing for Chris. She asked him to marry her in 2019.

We're not sure if any romance will blossom between the two, but we don't blame Lizzo for shooting her shot.
