Want naturally long and healthy hair like Cardi B? Try the rapper's haircare routine, which includes an avocado mask and a handmade growth oil.
Cardi B's waist-length hair is the envy of many, and the 'Bodak Yellow' hitmaker says her secret to long, luscious locks has nothing to do with genetics.
The 30-year-old took to Twitter to share a series of pictures showing off her hair journey.
"This is me as a child.. this is me as a teenager.. this is me in my early 20’s…and NOW. Everyone wants to blame my hair growing on genetics but where was the genetics when I was in school?" she wrote.

Cardi B also revealed that she uses a handmade hair oil that she makes herself! She added that she has been trying something new on her and her daughter Kulture's hair for four months, and might share a video with her fans.
Some Twitter users accused the 'Wap' rapper of being the latest star to jump on the haircare line bandwagon, saying she likely has plans to sell products.
Priyanka Chopra, Tia Mowry, Jennifer Aniston, and Taraji P. Henson are just some of the stars who have started haircare lines in recent years.
Beyoncé also hinted that she has a haircare line on the way in May.
"Y’all really don’t see how a LATINA selling 'hair growth oil' to BLACK women could be misleading?" one woman asked Cardi B.
She clapped back: "I'm not even selling anything... I been showing my hair growth journey to my fans since 2016!"

Cardi B's hair mask
It's not the first time Cardi B has opened up about her haircare secrets. Last year she revealed that she washes her hair with onion water.
"My last 2 washes I been boiling onions and using the water to wash my hair. I used to do this 6 years ago when I started my healthy hair growth journey. I stopped cause I got really lazy" she wrote on Instagram.
Cardi B added that the technique is "odourless" and gives her hair a natural shine.
In 2020, she shared a banana and avocado hair mask that she makes to hydrate her hair on wash days.
Her hair mask includes:
Avocado
Banana
Argan Oil
Mayonnaise
Honey
Egg
Black castor oil
Olive oil
