After her 13-year conservatorship ended in November, this will be the first song Britney releases as a "free" woman.
Britney's father was the conservator of her finances and oversaw her medical decisions for more than a decade.
However, although the conservatorship has ended, the legal battle between the singer and her father Jamie Spears continues.
The collaboration with Sir Elton John comes two years after she worked with boy band Backstreet Boys on 'Matches' in December 2020.
