AKA on fame: 'It totally sucks'

AKA's 'Touch My Blood' album just went double platinum but the rapper is too busy questioning his fame to be happy about it.
Rapper AKA just revealed some exciting news about his album, 'Touch My Blood'.
The 'Fela in Versace' hitmaker took to Twitter on Wednesday to reveal that the album is officially double platinum.
But he didn't seem too excited about the achievement.
"Anyways. TMB is now double platinum, officially. Whoopedy f**kin' doo... To be honest, I don’t even f**kin’ care anymore...I don’t mean to be ungrateful man, but TMB just went double platinum and I don’t really even give a proper f**k about it. That’s messed up, " he wrote in three separate tweets.
While he was thankful his fans bought the album, AKA admitted that he was over fame.
"Like, I really appreciate that y’all still fux with me but honestly, I don’t wanna be famous anymore. It totally sucks," he added.

It seems the 31-year-old might be doing some self-reflection.
"Professionally I’m killing it ... personally, I have no f**king idea what I’m doing."
He added in another tweet: "Surely there has to be more to life than making hot records."
Um, okay!

Everywhere I go ... people shout at me. It’s not the message I have an issue with, it’s the volume.
