Shekhinah drops 'Questions' music video

Shekhinah is closing the final chapter on her critically acclaimed album, 'Trouble in Paradise'.
South African singer Shekhinah has released the official music video for her single, 'Questions'.
The song features on her sophomore album, 'Trouble in Paradise', which dropped in 2021.
'Questions' is a fan favourite along with several other tracks from the album. 'Tide' and 'Fixate' were both chart-topping successes.
Both songs also got their own music videos.
Shekhinah says her 'Questions' music video is the final chapter of the album.
"The dust is settling, let’s close this chapter of Trouble in Paradise. Thank you so much to everyone who made it so special," she wrote on Instagram.
The former 'Idols SA' star's fans are sad to see the project come to an end, but are looking forward to seeing what she does next!
"I have been listening to this whole project ever since it dropped, every day!" one fan commented on YouTube.
Another YouTuber wrote: "Shekhinah's 'Trouble in Paradise' era has been such a blast. At 1st when the album dropped I had mixed emotions [with] regards to comparisons with the 1st album 'Rosegold' [because], she had [set] the standard... but after carefully listening to her baring her heart out on her sleeve unfiltered; showcasing her versatility to transcend between genres with hits like Fixate, Tides, Miserable and Fall Apart I'm completely astonished by her. Thank you for this lovely music, Shek! I can't wait to see what the next era looks like."

Shekhinah's debut studio album, 'Rose Gold', was a tough act to follow. The album produced hits such as 'Suited', 'Please Mr', and 'Different' featuring Mariechan.
Shekhinah told Stacey and J Sbu in an interview last year that 'Trouble In Paradise' is a continuation of her 'Rose Gold' album.
"'Rose Gold'... speaks to my college years and things being super rose gold and rose-tinted shades. I think 'Trouble in Paradise' is just the rose-tinted shades coming off, being an adult, having your heart broken, paying tax and buying toilet paper. All the things you never expect when you are young and things are rose gold," the 'Back to the Beach' hitmaker joked.
