Sam Smith stopped by 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' to perform his hit single, 'One Last Song'.
British singer Sam Smith performed an emotional rendition of his single, 'One Last Song'.
The Grammy Award winner was a guest on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' on Monday.
Sam performed the song with the help of his band and back-up singers.

He was surrounded by several audience members who watched his performance from comfy couches on stage.
'One Last Song' is the second single off his sophomore album, 'The Thrill Of It All'.
Sam's latest single, gospel-ballad 'Pray', is climbing up the charts around the world.
It's currently number 18 on the Coca-Cola Top 40.
