The video starts with the British singer playing a vinyl of her new song, before sitting on a couch in a moonlit room. She then ventures out and ends up at a basketball court, where she reflects on her relationship.
"Maybe it's your love, it's too good to be true / Baby boy, your love, got me trippin' on you / You know your love is big enough, make me trip up on you," she sings.
Ella shared the meaning behind the song in a personal video message.
"Sometimes we misinterpret, sometimes we misunderstand, sometimes we make mistakes. It doesn’t always make sense at the time … But awareness is key … Trip … My bad for tripping on you," she said in the clip.
