MiCasa's new album 'Familia' hits #1 on iTunes SA

'Number 1 baby!' J'Something celebrates MiCasa's album, 'Familia', reaching number one.
MiCasa's new album, 'Familia', officially hit number one on iTunes music in South Africa.
Lead vocalist J'Something revealed the news on Instagram.
"NUMBER 1 BABY!!!! Go get your copy my familia ... beyond humbled at this moment in time!" he captioned a picture of iTune's Top 4 songs.
AKA and Anatii's joint album, 'Be Careful What You Wish For', also features in the Top 4, behind Jay Z's '4:44' and 'Now That's What I Call Music! Vol.76'.
Local is certainly lekker! MiCasa's single, 'Nana', is currently at number 33 on the Coca-Cola Top 40, while AKA and Anatii's hit collaboration, 'Don't Forget To Pray', is at number 18 on the chart.
And to think MiCasa almost broke-up earlier this year.
J'Something is certainly glad they did not, and so are we!
"Not too sure how to explain this. Emotional to the max right now ... 6 months ago I thought it was over for @micasamusic and here we are with our 4th studio album!! Please head on over to Musica or Itunes or Apple Music and get yourself a copy of this piece of art right here! The best work I believe we've ever done! Your support is everything to me and the gents! Beyond proud!! Tell a friend to tell a friend!!," he said on Instagram.
Ahead of the release of 'Familia' last month, MiCasa said they hoped the album would inspire families to stick together - just like they did.
