Cardi B makes female rap history

Cardi B has become the first female rapper to have two singles reach number one on Billboard's Hot 100.
American musician Cardi B has done what no other female rapper has been able to do - hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 twice.
The 25-year-old's latest single, 'I Like It' - a collaboration with Bad Bunny & J Balvin, just bagged the number one spot for the chart dated July 7.

'I Like It' follows in the footsteps of Cardi B's smash hit, 'Bodak Yellow', which reached the top spot in October 2017. The song spent three weeks at number one.
Bad Bunny and J Balvin are celebrating after securing their first number one on the chart, too.
Cardi B is also making chart news on the Coca-Cola Top 40.
Her collaboration with Maroon 5, 'Girls Like You', is currently at number six on the chart.
