AKA's 'Touch My Blood' album gets a release date
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
AKA's fans are celebrating after the rapper finally revealed the release date of his upcoming album, 'Touch My Blood'.
AKA has been hard at work putting the finishing touches to what could be his last (allegedly) album.
His fans have always known that 'Touch My Blood' would be released in May, but the exact date was unknown until now.
The 'Congratulate' hitmaker took to Twitter this week to reveal that the offering will drop on May 25.
"Well, the time has come. Minus one two feature verses and some back up vocals. #TouchMyBlood is done. May 25th ..." wrote the star.
AKA has since deleted the tweet, but that hasn't stopped his 2.8-million followers from celebrating.

As a fan, I’m so glad that @akaworldwide touched on a bit about his upcoming Album. Besides the fact that it’s releasing in May, he spoke about how it’s his best work yet. This is so exciting! #cruzWatermelonAKA

AKA shared a sneak-peek last week of what could be his playlist for 'Touch My Blood'.
The list included songs called 'Beyonce' and 'Get Down'.
Some have already speculated that Beyonce is about his ex-girlfriend Bonang Matheba, who like the American singer is nicknamed Queen B.
AKA says the album will feature some of his best work.
