Speaking about 'Uyaphila', Thapelo says it sums up his testimony.
"It is all about my personal testimony to say I've seen the goodness of the Lord throughout my journey," Thapelo told Jacaranda FM.
He attributes his success to God.
"If it had not been for the grace of God, I wouldn't be where I am today," says Thapelo.
"Also, 'Uyaphila', because he has been evident throughout my Idols journey and that is grace alone and me saying uyaphila, I'm trying to say to somebody 'look He is alive and don't give up on your dreams. It can be possible. If Thapelo made it, you can also do it'."
