Chris Brown approves of Lloyiso's single 'Run'

A week after one of his songs featured on an American TV show, Lloyiso's music has once again made waves overseas.

This time around on the Instagram page of R&B superstar Chris Brown. The American singer, who has more than 139-million followers, took to his Instagram Story to share Lloyiso's single, 'Run'.

The post that Chris shared on his Story was originally posted on Lloyiso's Instagram page in February. The 24-year-old explained at the time that the song is one of his favourites. 

"This is such a special song to me, I hope it touches you too," he wrote. 

Lloyiso worked with music producer Thomas 'Earwulf' Eriksen, English musician Mr Hudson, and the songwriting-producing team Stargate. 

Stargate has worked with several musicians including Rihanna. They won a Grammy for her hit single, 'Only Girl (In The World)'. The duo also co-wrote and produced 'Rude Boy', 'Don't Stop The Music', and 'What's My Name?'. 

Earwulf has worked with artists such as David Guetta, Jason Derulo, Flo Rida, Kiara, and Charlie XCX. 

He hinted about their project with Lloyiso in October last year. 

"This summer @thedjmiles sent me a demo of this kid, wondering if I liked it and would want to work with him. knowing miles I knew it was gonna be fire but when I heard @lloyiso_rsa 's voice it was over. We did one song, met through facetime, fast forward we ended up doing a whole project together," Earwulf wrote on Instagram.

Lloyiso says it was a "great feeling" seeing his song, 'Run', on Chris Brown's Instagram page.

The 'Run' lyrics have touched many of Lloyiso's fans, many of whom said they could relate to their deep meaning.
