Stress is normally triggered by things such as being under lots of pressure, facing big changes or worrying about something.
Many South Africans have been under stress following the coronavirus that keeps taking the lives of thousands of people around the country. The past days have also seen the country deal with violence and looting. Apart from that, the weak economy, high unemployment rate, and crime have also affected the mental wellness of many.

According to Mayoclinic, almost any form of exercise or movement can increase your fitness level while decreasing your stress.
