Recipe: How to make delicious pumpkin soup

Soup can help make your body feel warm, and vegetable soup is healthy. It can also be filling.
Pumpkin soup is popular all over the world and it is often mixed with spices and garlic.
We found a great pumpkin soup recipe from popular YouTube vlogger, tasty vegetarian kitchen.

Ingredients
• 2 teaspoon olive oil
• 4 cloves chopped garlic
• 1 medium-sized sliced onion
• 300 grams chopped pumpkin
• 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
• Salt according to taste
• For garnish
• Finely chopped spring onion 1 tablespoon
• 2 tablespoon cream
Directions:
1. Heat up the pan over medium flame, add olive oil.
2. Add chopped garlic cloves saute it for few seconds.
3. Add sliced onion & saute it until it turns golden color.
4. Add chopped pumpkin & stir all the ingredients well.
5. Cover the lid & cook for 5 mins over the medium flame.
6. After 5 mins remove the lid & stir all the ingredients well.
7. Add nutmeg powder & pepper powder stir it well for a minute.
8. Add 3 cups of water & cover the lid & cook for 8 to 10 mins over the medium flame.
9. After the 10 mins remove the lid & add salt mix it well reduce the flame to low & cook for another 2 mins & turn off the stove after that.
10. Let it cool slightly before blending.
11. Once its little warm blend it smooth consistency.
12. Warm up the soup in a pan or microwave & serve hot, finally garnish it with spring onion & cream & pepper.
