This is how the two stars remain in shape...
Chris Martin is devoted to living a healthy life and being in good shape.
The singer-songwriter has revealed that his recent lifestyle change was inspired by fellow musician Bruce Springsteen.
In an interview on ‘Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend’, he revealed that he was already on a strict diet but was not seeing the results he wanted.
It was during lunch at Bruce Springsteen's house that he asked the 'Born to Run' singer how he stays fit. He noticed that Bruce was in better shape.
“I was lucky enough to go over there to lunch the day after we played Philadelphia last year. I was on a really strict diet anyway. But I was like ‘Bruce looks even more in shape than me'," he said.

This is when he learned that Bruce is on a 'One Meal a Day (OMAD)' diet. This was revealed by Bruce's wife.
"Patti [Springsteen’s wife] said he’s only eating one meal a day," he said.
As a result, he challenged himself to join Bruce.
"I was like ‘well, there we go. That’s my next challenge,'” he said.
He now eats one meal a day and stops eating at 4pm. “I actually don’t have dinner anymore. I stop eating at 4[pm] and I learned that from having lunch with Bruce Springsteen.”
