Recipe: Delicious and healthy hake

Try this healthy lemon and pepper hake recipe.

We have a great hake recipe for you to try. 

It is quick and easy to make. 

Ingredients

Hake
Pinch of salt
Olive oil
Lemon juice 
Pepper.

Method

Rub the hake with a bit of oil.
Season the hake with salt and pepper. 
Leave for 15 minutes. 
Heat a non-stick pan with a dash of oil over medium heat. 
Fry the hake for five minutes per side.
Remove from pan. 
Wait until the hake has cooled off, then add lemon juice.
