How to know if you are are wearing the wrong bra

A bra that does not fit properly is not only uncomfortable, but can cause health issues. Here are five things that can tell you if you are wearing the wrong or right bra.
Wearing the right bra boosts a woman's confidence.
But the wrong bra can cause you to feel pain and irritation.
According to Embrace Bra, bras that are too tight constrict the rib cage and compress the chest. They can even cause you to experience back pain.

Signs that you are wearing the wrong bra:
- A bra that squeezes or rubs against you.
- A bra that constrains your movements.
