East Coast Gold pays tribute to the hits of Bryan Adams

Take a trip down memory lane with these hits from the legendary Bryan Adams. Listen on Thursday, 5 November for a special birthday tribute of the star.
Bryan Adams was born on 5 November 1959. He turns 61 on Thursday and East Coast Gold will be playing a special musical tribute featuring his greatest hits.
Over the years, Adams has produced many chart-topping tracks and hits that have made him one of the greatest rock stars of our time.

He is multi-talented – a singer, producer, guitarist, composer, record producer, photographer, philanthropist, and an activist.
Apart from music, he is very passionate about improving the lives of the less privileged. He has several charity projects under his wing. He works with different schools and hospitals. In 2010, he performed a special fundraising concert in Beirut for The Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon.
The rock star’s album, 'Shine A Light', recently won the 'Best Adult Contemporary Album' at the 2020 Juno Awards. In total, he was won 20 Juno Awards, has been nominated for 15 Grammy Awards, five Golden Globe Awards, and three Academy Awards for his songwriting for films.

He has also been inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Canada's Walk of Fame, the Canadian Broadcast Hall of Fame, and the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
In 2014, the legend came to South Africa and performed at Durban ICC.
