Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
Wandile Mthiyane grew up with an avid interest in architecture in Phoenix. Little did he know that it would take him further than he expected.

Wandile Mthiyane graduated from Andrews University in Michigan, US last year. Having grown up within many different informal settlements where people had very little access to dignified housing, the 25-year-old knew he had to make a change.
Through his company Ubuntu Design Group, he solves the problem of low-income households around the world by providing affordable homes with a commercial space for the families to generate income.
