Usher and his wife call it quits

Two years after saying their “I do’s”, Usher and his wife
have decided to go their separate ways.
Usher is a single man again. The singer and his wife Grace Miguel announced this week they are getting divorced.
The former couple released a joint statement saying they have "mutually decided to separate as a couple" following "much consideration".
"We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives. The enormous amount of love and respect that we have for each other will only increase as we move forward," Us Weekly quoted them as saying in the statement.
Usher made headlines last year after two women and a man accused him of giving them genital herpes.
The 39-year-old denied the allegations.

One woman attempted to sue him for $20-million, but the lawsuit was dismissed in late November after she admitted in a recorded phone call that they had protected sex.
Usher described the lawsuit as "opportunistic litigation against him".
The suit was filed months after news surfaced that Usher paid an unidentified woman $1.1-million after he allegedly gave her herpes.

He reportedly paid the celebrity stylist the money in December 2012 after she took him to court.
The woman says when she questioned Usher about a "greenish discharge", he claimed it was "nothing" and it had cleared up.
She later developed vaginal sores.
The woman successfully sued Usher as California law makes it illegal for people to knowingly and recklessly transmit an STD.
Usher has not confirmed that he has an STD, but Radar Online claimed he contracted herpes between 2009 and 2010 - around the time he was finalising his divorce with Tameka Foster.
Usher married Grace in 2015. Neither Grace nor Tameka are believed to have the disease.
