Scientists’ reaction to this little stubby squid is almost more adorable than the creature

The chubby, googly-eyed sea creature was spotted in California. Named the Rossia pacifica, the creature looks like a cross between an octopus and squid.

“It has weird eyes,” someone says in the YouTube video. “It looks so fake. It’s like some little kid dropped their toy,” another scientist says. While others go on to say how “awesome” it looks.
