We wish him a speedy recovery...
DMX's lawyer Murray Richman has revealed the rapper is currently in hospital on life support.
This comes after the 50-year-old suffered a heart attack on Saturday.
"He was hospitalized at 11 o'clock last night at the hospital in White Plains," the New York suburb where he lives, after suffering "a heart attack," his lawyer told AFP.
Several publications have reported that DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, overdosed. The rapper has previously admitted to having a drug addiction. In an interview with rapper and activist Talib Kweli, DMX said his addiction started when he was 14-years-old.
Following the news of him being hospitalised, his fans announced a prayer vigil to be held on Monday outside the White Plains Hospital where the star has been fighting for his life.
